Europe's first 'travel bubble' bursts as COVID cases rise in Estonia

In a major setback to the already suffering travel industry, the first travel bubble in Europe, between Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia has failed. It was initiated in May this year as a way of passage of safe travel between the three countries. Reportedly, Latvia has opted out of the travel arrangement, and has made 14-day quarantine mandatory for visitors from Estonia. The same has been done owing to a rise in the number of Coronavirus cases in Estonia.
