Goa resumes water sports and cruises; operators to follow SOPs

Adventure enthusiasts waiting to traverse the Goan waters have a reason to cheer now. According to reports, Goa’s state government has permitted water sports activities and river cruises. However, operators have been told to follow a set of rules strictly laid down by the government.
