India: International flights to remain suspended till November 30

International passenger flights have been suspended again till November 30 in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced this and issued a circular, stating that international scheduled flights may be allowed on selected routes by the competent authority on a case-to-case basis.
