Kaziranga National Park starts elephant safaris; COVID-19 protocol in place

Assam's Kaziranga National Park resumes its much-awaited elephant safaris, a few days the park has been thrown open to tourists. However, officials at the park allowed booking for only 37 seats while following COVID-19 protocols. The Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve were thrown open to visitors on October 21.
