Started in 2015, Women in Aviation India (WAI) is an NGO which works to spread awareness and knowledge about job opportunities for women in the country’s ever-expanding aviation industry and also acknowledge excellence. As WAI is preparing to host the third annual ‘Giving Wings to Dreams Awards 2024’ later this week, Radha Bhatia, president of WAI shared a perspective on the work they have done in the last 9 years and the progress achieved so far.
