Night ferry service resumes between Jorhat & Majuli after 6-month halt

Night Ferry Service Jorhat Majuli: The ferry, which covers a distance of 9 km between Neamati Ghat in Jorhat and Aphalamukh Ghat in Majuli, will follow a fixed schedule with departures from Jorhat at 5 pm and return trips from Majuli at 7 pm daily. This resumption is particularly significant as water transport remains the only viable mode of connection between these two districts.
