ELAN Group, Marriott International sign JW Marriott Hotel and Residences in Gurugram

ELAN Group and Marriott International have signed an agreement to develop a JW Marriott Hotel and JW Marriott Residences in ELAN’s approximately 50-acre integrated township at Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. The project will feature a hotel and 3, 4 and 5 BHK residences. ELAN will develop the project, while Marriott Hotels India will manage both assets after completion and requisite approvals.
