Maharashtra Tourism plans digital push with AI chatbot, smart ticketing and tourism dashboard

Maharashtra Tourism is expanding the use of digital technology and artificial intelligence across tourism services, with initiatives including the MahaAtithi portal, proposed mobile app, AI-powered Mahamuni chatbot, digital dashboard, smart parking and online approvals. The state is also considering smart entry gates and CCTV systems while planning digital capacity-building programmes for tourism stakeholders.
