Blocked for two days due to landslides, Jammu-Srinagar National Highway is now clear for vehicular movement
The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway extending up to 270-km was reopened on August 22 after it remained closed for two days due to landslides brought about by heavy rainfall. According to the latest reports, the highway was blocked at over several locations between Udhampur and Banihal on August 20 which left several vehicles stuck at one place.
